April 24, 2026, 12-3pm: Arbor Day Tree Planting

Each year, the City of Bozeman and the Gallatin Watershed Council team up to throw a big Arbor Day Planting event. The 2026 planting site is Brookside and Westbrook Park. Bozeman is a member of the Arbor Day Foundation Tree City USA: the Mayor kicks things off with a proclamation in honor of trees, then rolls up their sleeves as a volunteer. Since BOB started in 2021, we have planted 95 trees with the help of 156 volunteers for Arbor Day.
